Description :
Everyone knows the Germans have great design sense. This holds true even in everyday things like dishware. These 3 traditional beer steins prove they take their drinking implement design as seriously as they take their beer drinking! Pewter-lidded stein has lusterware glazing as well as delicate coloring and relief details. "He who does not love, drinks & fights" and "It never brings true joy" is inscribed on the stein. This may be a Diesinger stein given the glazing, but we aren't sure - all we know is that it was made in Germany and is quite attractive with a depiction of a man "holding up" a woman with a stein. Pair of blue and off-white steins in the popular "drunkard" trope. "A full glass is the guest's pleasure" and "Happy with beer, that we love" is written on the sides. These are probably from the late 1960s - early 1980s (you can see the mold hole in the handle). Still very nice aesthetically with no flaws noted.
