Description :
Expressive fabric sculpture by noted Pacific Northwest artist Lynn Di Nino, depicting a tall white heron interacting with a smaller dark bird in a lively, intertwined composition. Constructed from layered textiles and mixed materials, the work showcases Di Nino’s signature approach to soft‑sculpture: animated posture, exaggerated proportions, and a narrative interplay between figures. The contrast between the elongated, graceful heron and the compact, assertive crow creates a sense of movement and tension, while the textured fabric surfaces and stitched detailing highlight the artist’s hand. The piece presents well from multiple angles, with a sculptural silhouette that shifts as the viewer moves around it. Displayed indoors by the consignor. A distinctive, character‑rich work suitable for art collectors, textile enthusiasts, and admirers of Di Nino’s inventive storytelling. Artist Bio:
